Hi. It would be great if we can clone existing deals and support tickets. Currently there are other capabilities (merge, delete, etc.) but it would be super beneficial to clone a deal or ticket. This would increase speed to use within the application because often times we are creating multiple deals or tickets which have the same required fields and it takes FOREVER to fill them from scratch each time.
