Hello! My name is Flora and I’m a PM at HubSpot working in permissions.

We have a feature where you can create a user via “Copy permissions to new users”. Also, you can use permission sets to do this as well, more information here: [Create and assign permission sets](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/create-permission-sets)
