# 'Clone' Option Not Available

One of my coworkers is trying to clone our new series of e-mails.  
Most of the team is able to hover over the -mail and the options to ‘clone’, ‘edit’, and ‘actions’ pop up. For one though, only the ‘actions’ button pops up. This is not a blog/survey/subscription e-mail and 4 others have had (and continue to have) no problem cloning these e-mails.

Hi @MCarter14

You may need to give the person explicit permission to clone or edit emails.

**Settings** (cog icon, top right) \> **Users and Teams** (left menu)

You will see a **list of Users** , hove over the User you want to check and the **Edit Permissions Button** shows.

I use the **Search Tool** (because there arre so many settings it can be overwhelming).

Look for the **Marketing Email Section** :
