Please make the company list cloning process happen in the same folder as the original company list (i.e., the cloned list should be in the same folder as the source list).
This works fine with contact lists, as they get cloned in the same folder as the original list.
However, cloned company lists are always placed in the root folder rather than in the folder with the original list, which means having to move all cloned lists into their respective folder…
