Client stage report - a step too far for a CRM?

Hi all,

I’m not sure if I’m asking too much of a CRM here but I wondered if anyone can think of a way to report, visually, on the stage each client is at in their journey with a piece of software.

Let’s say the client journey is → Pre-req’s, Deployment, Limited Release, User Release and so on

In the Hubspot record for a Client or Deal I have the fields:

Lifecycle Stage

Lifecycle Stage Start

Lifecycle Stage End

What I would love is a single view of where each client is on this lifecycle/journey. Down the left would be the list of clients, across the top would be dates and then each client row would have a coloured block (spanning the requisite number of days) for the current lifecycle stage that they are in.

Essentially, this would allow anyone to quickly scan the report and see the lifecycle status of each client and, by the length of the block, when we expect that stage to end.

Can anyone think of any way at all that I might be able to visualize this?

***UPDATE*** : I’ve mocked something up in Excel to show the kind of thing I’m thinking of.

Thank you so much for the video. It’s very much appreciated. Unfortunately, it’s not really what I’m after. I’m after something way more simple. Here’s a screenshot (which I should have put in my original post). This is something I’m creating manually in Excel. I just think there should be an easier way - preferably in Hubspot.

I see so what you are looking for is a calendar view/timeline reporting, Hubspot doesn’t have this reporting type. you should raise an idea here.

You can still try to do time between calculation fields but that will show on the record level only.
