There’s a bunch of work around you could use, but the best would be a proper integration with you project management software
If your software allows you to create custom properties, you could map it with your custom HS properties using a platform like piesync or zapier. You could also integrate using api if you have programming skills within your team.
Before doing this you could look at the HS app marketplace or a Google search to see if your PM offer an integration with HubSpot.
I would even consider replacing your PM with one that integrate with HubSpot
