As a Super Admin managing user permissions, I’ve found the current wording of the “Bulk delete” permission to be misleading. The description says “Delete records in bulk,” which sounds like it only affects bulk actions (e.g. selecting many records and deleting them at once). In practice, this permission also controls whether users can delete records from board/index views (e.g. deals board, list views), not just true “bulk” deletes. Because of this, I spent a lot of time changing object-level Delete permissions without realizing that users also needed the “Bulk delete” permission enabled in CRM tools before they could delete from board views. The current label doesn’t make that dependency clear and can cause confusion when troubleshooting access issues. Please update the label/description for “Bulk delete” to make it explicit that it also controls delete from views/boards. This would make it much easier for admins to understand which permission is blocking delete actions and reduce unnecessary permission changes and support tickets.
