When configuring a workflow with an “Enroll in sequence” action that sends on behalf of the Contact owner, it would be helpful if HubSpot displayed a note explaining that only shared sequences can be used.

Right now, if the selected sequence is **not shared with the Contact owner** , the enrollment silently fails. This can be confusing for admins and users who expect the workflow to enroll contacts correctly.

**Potential improvement:**
Add an in‑product note or warning on the “Enroll in sequence” action when the “send on behalf of Contact owner” option is used and the selected sequence is not shared.

This would make the requirement explicit and help prevent misconfiguration and failed enrollments.
