Choose what to display when clicking on column

Hi there !

I am creating a report based on 3 deals properties:

- Close date

- Amount (hidden in my screenshot

- Probability

The “Probablity” properties is a made up one, which allows to choose between 4 categories depending on the success percentages:

1 = 0-30%

2 = 30-60%

3 = 60-90%

4 = 90% +

So, this is how it looks like (rectangles are hidden amounts):

Also, a lot of orange for “No value” because it is only the beginning and a test.

What I would like now is to be able to click on a full column, and not on the percentage which compose it, and the to display all the deals related to the column.

For now I can only click on different category of percentages (violet, blue…), and not on the full column.

Hope this is clear, it was a bit hard to explain!

Hello @ChristelleH ,

I am assuming you have created using custom report builder instead of single object report. So i am giving you 2 steps -

1 ) Click on chart setting -

2) Then uncheck the stacked option

I think it will solve your query if still issue exists please share me the screenshot similar to i shared here in first point so i want to look how you placed properties in x and y axis section.
