Check duplicates by First and Last name

Dear product team of HubSpot, please consider that idea for the next implementation.
Sometimes our leads have different email addresses but the same first and last name in the system. As of now, it’s impossible to find duplicates for their equal first and last name(together).
This way of finding duplicates would help us keep the storage of contacts clear and updated and don’t overlap in our reach to them.
Although there might be people with the same first and last name, I suggest creating:

1) either a possibility to create a workflow for that process (and for example, put all these people in 1 list, from where we can manually merge them)
2) or have a special place in HubSpot, where the system will automatically show us all the suggestions for merging contacts. And then we will manually decide which one to merge, which one to leave separate.
It’s very urgent since we have hundreds of new leads regularly.

I believe first and last name is not even enough. The current search function is very difficult to prevent duplicate companies. You have to enter everything very specifically (and exactly correct) otherwise a company does not show up and it is very easy to make a duplicate one, and it gets very confusing. It would help if there were a search function that looked for all the information listed for a company at once, to avoid duplicates…Date of birth, phone number, state, email…ect. The current search function is very specific for only one item, and it usually does not work, and is not user friendly. I have made many duplicate companies because when I search it doesn’t come up but then I will find it later from using another program and have to back and combine the companies information.
