# Chatflow not removed from Website

Hi There,

I’m trying to remove the Chatflow widget from my site. I’ve set the status to “Disabled”, however the chat was not removed after this - even after a few days.

I’ve now tried deleting the Chatflow entirely and that’s not working either.

How do i remove the Chatflow widget from my site?

Hi @JIsaac0,

Browser cache may be the reason here. Did you check the site in incognito mode? It may take some time to take effect due to the tracking code on the website.

If it’s still showing up, please check if another chatflow is activated. Also, check in the Inbox and helpdesk settings, another “inbox” might have a “chat” channel.

You can also change the Availability behaviour of chat in inbox settings, Chat \> Availability\> set away behaviour \> Hide Chat Launcher, as a workaround.
