Hello,

Chatflow is not loading/showing in our website for some reason. It’s turned on, tracking script is placed.

Hi @NAlho,

There are a few more steps for troubleshooting outlined here: [Troubleshoot chat widget not appearing on website pages](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/chat-widget-is-not-appearing-on-your-pages)

I’d recommend going through them one by one.

Best regards!

Hi @NAlho,

The live chat is popping up for me:

Have you checked whether there are any privacy-related browser extensions which might be blocking the chat for you? Have you tried another browser/device?

Best regards
