# chatflow bot meeting time zone

A chatflow that has been created allows customers to automatically book a meeting with sales staff, which is great. The dropdown menu for the scheduling time is all in the EST timezone rather than UTC, which both we and our customers use. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

The _book a meeting_ option in the chatflow should show the timezone which is set in the Meeting’s availability setting, as @sttang explains in her answer [to this Community post.](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Sales-Hub-Tools/Does-the-Book-a-meeting-bot-action-reflect-the-time-zone-for/m-p/340412#M4488)
