chatbot: disable open responses glitch - visitors can still send a message while bot is writing

Hi!

We found that when the bot is writing, visitors are still able to type and send a message if they are fast enough. And it looks like our visitors are :slightly_smiling_face: The bot doesn’t take the answer into consideration and visitors can’t move to the next chatflow step without selecting one of the Quick Replies.

I think if you turn on the feature ‘Disable open responses’ visitors should not be able to write.

I don’t have the staff to man a chatbot, as this is 4 years old, it won’t be taken seriously.

Especially as there is no response from anyone at HS on here.
