I have a problem with the chatbot and hope you can help me: Although I have selected “custom branding” and set the name of the company and logo under Chatflow --\> Display --\> Chat Heading, as soon as an employee replies to a chat message, their personal picture and name is displayed. The chat then changes from the “custom branding” created in the chatflow to a personal branding. However, for privacy reasons, we do not want to display the names (and photos) of the respective employee in the chat. What am I doing wrong? Regards ---

Hey @ElCompe Welcome to the Community. I was investigating and this is normal behavior, as soon as a user takes the chat or the system assigns the chat, it will display the user’s name and profile picture that they have in place. A workaround for this could be the users change their picture profile to a logo picture or something similar. Hi @ElCompe, There is now an option available on the display tab, when creating a chat, that can be selected to allow company branding to override displaying individual user information. [This link](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/chatflows/create-a-live-chat#3-display-customize-the-live-chat-s-appearance) will take you to the KB doc that confirms.
