We set the property ‘inbound demo request = yes’ when the visitor fills in the demo request form via the chat bot. How can I find a list of these leads?
I tried doing ‘Original Source Drilldown-1 = Conversations’ but that doesn’t seem to give the right answer as the numbers do not match for the list that is generated (which also is a generic list of all chat bots rather than a specific list of a particular chat flow).
Would you recommend creating a new property within the chat flow (once a lead fills in the form that new property gets updated) - and then creating a list based on that property?
Trying to determine the most efficient way for me to see what chat interactions turned into. Just knowing the chat completed isn’t enough. Want to see in terms of leads created, MQL, deal pipeline or Lifecycle stage. Any of those
I was able to resolve the issue by building a custom report and then adding (1) contacts (2) deals and (3) conversations to the report. When you do that in the filter section you can choose ‘Chatflows’ and select specific chat flows from which you want to get the list of deals created, MQL, etc. Hope this helps.
That’s awesome! I did not create another list or workflow (and not sure whether it is possible to do so); however, when you do the above steps you’ll have a list of contacts that you can export - if that is a relevant option for your use case.
](HubSpot Community - About DChepik - HubSpot Community) support and as a fallback for past chats:
1- Create a custom contact property, which is single line text

Hello @Donalisio-Dani
I was reviewing this today again and I came with an extra level of complexity to bring this custom property close to a source.
We add a ramification filtering for the create date:
