# Chatbot Actions Editor

When building and maintaining Chatbot, especially one that was created by a team, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to see the different actions and be able to edit them without placing them within the Chatbot.

1.) If there are a lot of actions, it would be helpful to be able to audit them to check for redundancy and delete ones that are not used, also rename ones that might have been created without realizing the extent to which it would be used (“Get Email 1,” “Get Email 2,” Get Email 3," etc…)

2.) Adding an action to a chatflow and editing it will edit it anywhere else it is used, so it can be dangerous for a complicated chatflow.

Yes I just started using HubSpot in the new year and am trying to set up my chatbot and not being able to arrange/edit my actions is a MAJOR pain point for me.
