Chat widget not displaying the URL user is on

Hi,

I turned on the chat widget but am having an issue when the conversation comes into the inbox. Basically it always shows as the conversation started on the root URL instead of the specific URL that the user was on when they initiated the chat. This makes it really hard to have context about what the user was doing/looking-at when the interaction begins.
Any help would be appreciated.
