Hi! I’m working on a chatflow for a customer and I’m tryng the previews both on the customer account and our demo-partner account, but I can’t write on open answers. It seems a bug, cause it didn’t happen before the last updates, anyone else? Thanks! ---

Hi @ACreti, If you have tried the usual (private tab, different browser, all extension deactivated - these might interfere with features that rely on the tracking code), then I’d flag this with HubSpot support in-app directly via chat or email. Best regards ---

Hi, thanks! It happens directly from the Hubspot preview, not on the website, plus our Demo never had this issue before. In the meanwhile, let’s try from another browser, thank you
