# Chat icon missing bot missing suddenly vanished

Hi,  
We are using hubspot in production site and from yesterday hubspot icon/ chat icon vannished/missing from the site , no fresh deployment done nothing is changed from last 2 weeks on code side  
When we replaced the id with the dev one its working fine but not with production one.  
We are using Angular 8

Any suggestion will be appriciated

Do you have link to a page that should have the chat bot on it?

Also, I only see test portals associated with your account. Do you have a production HubSpot portal?

Hi,  
We found the issue,  
Our 1 admin enabled the business timing, thats why it vanished but the intersting thing is that its working in main domain and hidden from internal portal.
