Automatically present a message of “Are you still there?” when a bot on a Live Chat does not receive a response after a certain number of seconds/minutes. If no response is received, the chat automatically ends with a message that states, “This chat ended due to inactivity. Please initiate the conversation again.”
This is fairly common practice with many chatbots I’ve encountered.
Extra points for being able to pick up where the previous chat ended!
