Thank you for responding.
I do have access to the specific inbox and have connected it in HubSpot so I can select the email I want to send from. However, it appears to be using my HubSpot account name for the ‘From’ - i.e. Chris Mott see example below.
The ‘Alice Hill’ account is a separate Outlook account with it’s own username/password - so Chris Mott is not associated with this account outside of HubSpot.
