Hey @CMott connected emails sends emails directly from your inbox, so you need to have access to that specific inbox (outlook account) in order to send from this. You can’t spoof an email address with connected emails.
In order to send from an email address you would need to connect that email address and HubSpot will use the name which has been set on that email account.
