If a customer changes an order in Shopify, does that order information get updated in a HubSpot deal? This would be a change from one proudct to another. When I look at orders vs deals they don’t always match exactly and we think it may be due to those changes … just looking for confirmation.
Hi, @MKinde
Thanks for reaching out. Let’s see if we can get the conversation started. Hey, @John @Josh @himanshurauthan, can you help @MKinde with their Shopify challenge? Or share any thoughts on how they can safely test this on their end to verify the behaviour they are expecting?
Thank you very much for taking a look! — Jaycee
How is the customer changing an order in shopify? Is it your admin changing it for them? Or does this involve POS?
One like for the cake!

Hello @MKinde and @Jaycee_Lewis,
Yes, it is possible to update a deal when there are any changes in the Shopify order, but it depends on the app/integration you are using to sync data from your Shopify account to HubSpot.
Basically, whenever an order is updated on Shopify it should also be updated on HubSpot as well. It is only possible with the integration you are using not syncing the updated data they are only triggered when a new record is created.
You can connect with the integration support they might fix this.
Regards,
