Sorry if I’m sending this to the wrong place. I’m new to HubSpot and couldn’t figure out how to change the deal description. I also have another question, can we change the display? Currently, I can see Close Date and Deal Description. But can I change what to see and what not to see? You can edit the properties that show in the board ‘cards’ as long as you have [_Account_](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide? __hstc=45788219.09269e5c6a3699e06d1a0b4d75398237.1621453463019.1621453463019.1621453463019.1&__ hssc=45788219.1.1621453463020&__hsfp=3403196935&_ga=2.192001378.973033983.1621453458-699801722.1621453458#admin) and[Edit property settings](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#crm) permissions. - In your HubSpot account, click the settings **settings icon** in the main navigation bar. - In the left sidebar menu, navigate to **Objects** , then select **Deals** , **Tickets** , or Custom objects. - Click the **Pipelines** tab. - If your account has a _Professional_ or _Enterprise_ subscription, click the **Select a pipeline** dropdown menu, then select the **pipeline** that you want to edit cards for, or select [**Create a pipeline**](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-deals/set-up-and-customize-your-deal-pipelines-and-deal-stages#create-a-new-deal-pipeline) to create and customize board cards for a new pipeline. - Click **Customize** **[object]** **cards**. For accounts with a _Starter_ subscription, the customization will apply to all of the object’s pipelines. The primary display property for each object (e.g., _Deal Name,_ _Ticket Name)_ will appear by default and cannot be changed. - To replace a property on the card, click the **dropdown menu** , then select a **property**. - To add a property, click Add property, then click the **dropdown menu** and select the **property** you want to add. This configuration will now be applied to all pipelines (_Starter_) or the individual pipeline (_Professional_ and _Enterprise_ only). To edit the Deal Description, click onto the card. On the left sidebar, you should the property for ‘Deal Description’. You will be able to click on it and edit it from here. If you cannot see it on th left sidebar, scroll down and click ‘View all properties’. In the search bar, type in ‘Deal Description’. Hover over the ptoperty and click ‘Add to your view’. Then click Back. It should now appear on the left sidebar for all records and you will be able to edit it from here. I hope this helps! ---
