Hey! I want to make a change to the company name. Just need to change the business form. I could change it in the settings but not in the account & abrechnung (eng. account & bill) section under the information about the company. due to this tutorial Aktualisieren Sie die Unternehmensangaben auf Ihrer Rechnung und Quittung I should be able to change the company name but I just see who holds the primary account and other contacts. I myself am not the primary account but am a super admin.

ich antworte der Einfachheit halber einmal auf Deutsch – was genau siehst du denn, wenn du diesen Anleitungen folgst? Wenn du die Maus über die ausgegraute Schaltfläche bewegst, solltest du eine Erklärung sehen, warum du den Namen nicht ändern kannst: Aktualisieren Sie die Unternehmensangaben auf Ihrer Rechnung und Quittung
Meines Wissens musst du nicht der ‘Primary Account Contact’ sein, um diese Änderung vorzunehmen. Ich kann in Portalen als Super Admin den Namen ändern.
