Changing a Website Pages Primary Domain to a Secondary Domain for Website Pages

Hello community!

I had resources.branddomain.com setup as the Primary Domain for Website pages and portal.branddomain.com setup as a secondary domain for Website Pages.

On the Primary Domain for Website Pages I clicked Edit → Replace Primary Domain and changed it to portal.brandomain.com. That worked.

Now, I’m trying to add resources.branddomain.com as a Secondary Domain for Website Pages. I click Connect a Domain from Website->Domains and URLs, select “Secondary Domain” and type in “resources.branddomain.com” and receive this message: “This domain is already connected as a primary, secondary, redirect, or email sending domain.”

Can anyone suggest how I might set resources.branddomain.com as a secondary domain for Website Pages after it was initially set as the primary domain?

Hey, do you close the session, clean caché, or try this in another browser after this domain change? Maybe the Hubspot session still thinks you have connected the old domain like the primary.

Thanks for the response! I just tried under new browser instance and logging back in and received the same message/same problem.
