I know HubSpot keeps track of individual property changes inside the Deal record so I am hoping someone has a suggestion for me. When we create a Deal we enter the Deal in at a certain Value and mark Closed Won (when we win the business). After the deal is closed, we sometimes negotiate further and the deal value is changed after it is Closed Won. We need a way to keep track of the deal values either increasing or decreasing after Closed Won. I don’t want to have to go into each deal’s history to see this data. Does anyone have a suggestion for me on how to report on this? We can connect to PowerBI but going through all of HubSpots property history for every deal is really taxing on the system and we can not complete it that way. Any ideas??

Hi @SComeau,

You could approach it like this:

 ![karstenkoehler_7-1677130810694.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/d/2/d28a5ab8778b147540b9d860c7172455ebee8053.png)

You could then build a report based on Deal amount changed date and Deal amount change, easily identifying those deals. You would still have to check the exact values in the property history but you wouldn’t have to actively search for it.

(I haven’t tested the above but it should work.)

Best regards!

Thank You! I will try this. Do I have to create a new property called “Amount (delayed)” as well as “Previous Deal Amount”? I am trying to figure out the logic of where they both go and are used. What info is the Amount (delayed) pulling from?

Hi @SComeau,

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you need to create a custom property for the delayed amount as well.

Best regards!
