Adding to this request to hopefully keep this bubbling up on the priority list.
I’m evaluating HubSpot for a new venture and was just setting up some dummy information to test the workflow. This is actually a key feature I use because I’m a stickler about keeping an accurate timeline of when things occurred, not when they were entered. So I was puzzled when I couldn’t figure out how to edit the timestamp on a test note I previously entered. I had this functionality 10-15 years ago using Siebel and Salesforce (yes… dates me) and I just assumed it would be in a modern, mainstream app like HS. So, I’m quite surprised to find out via this thread that the functionality isn’t there… and never has been? Very disappointing. How the heck do people keep an accurate timeline of activities/calls/events when not everyone is in front of their computer to enter them as they occur?
