As a new user trialling Hubspot this week - I agree. It’s the very first problem I’ve encountered; I came to the forum having searched the KB and landed here after a Google search.
Not only is it an issue when migrating (manually adding notes) but it’s also an ongoing operational requiremnt for me: I spend the day on the road speaking to people & taking paper notes in meetings. I then need to write them up retrospectively, sometimes writing the next day. It’s a basic requirement for me to meaningfully capture the day on which a meeting or conversation actually took place.
