Many of my customers use the form link to publish it on WhatsApp or their Instagram bio. Unfortunately, the format of the Hubspot links isn’t exactly pretty, hence the question. Does anyone know of a good GDPR-compliant tool for redesigning these form links? I know about Prettylinks, but as far as I know, that’s only for WordPress.

I would generally advise against using the direct links to forms as you’re missing an imprint (required by law in some countries), link to data privacy policy, and cookie banner. These, along with styling, are major reasons to embed the form on a landing page and share the landing page.
If those are not concerns, any link shortening tools, or even the HubSpot tracking code generator would be options: Create tracking URLs
Regarding GDPR compliance; that would have to evaluated by the data privacy officer or legal team of each company.
