Greetings, I completed a course in content marketing, but there seems to be an error in the name, I changed the name in the profile as required in the instructions I read in the academy but to no avail, how can I modify the name in the certificate?

Thank you very much, for the quick response, but I find that it has not changed in the academy so far, as I share it with Linkedin and there it does not show a name, only boxes.
Also, I can’t save it as a PDF file,and I apologize for the many requests these days
