In the Deal Pipeline, currently there is a metric for Total Amount at the bottom of each Deal Stage. It’s a bit of a niche business case, but we use a different metric and would like this summary to be calculated on this rather than Hubspot’s default “Amount” property.
Same issue, the deal board stage summary should support any numeric property (not just Amount) (e.g. # employees, seats, users, or custom metrics)
Our team uses the deal board heavily, but for certain pipelines Amount is not a meaningful metric. Instead, we measure deal value by other properties, such as # of employees covered, opportunity size by headcount, or other custom number fields.
Right now, the Stage Summary is limited to Amount. This makes the board view misleading or unusable for non-revenue pipelines.
Feature Request: Please allow admins to configure stage summary metrics to use any numeric deal property (including custom properties), not just Amount.
This would support common scenarios such as:
- B2B2C pipelines where deals are measured by number of employees or members
- Service/project pipelines measured by hours, units, or tasks
- etc.
