When I run a list of “Marketing” vs. “Non-marketing” contacts, and click on an individual contact to change their status, Hubspot takes me to the “Contact Record” View. It would be so much simpler to be able to switch their marketing status on or off there rather than having to click to get out of that “Contact record” and go into the “Contacts” view and have to search for the record again to reset their status. Does that make sense? I appreciate that I can make bulk updates to multiple contacts at once from the “Contact View”, but sometimes it’s much faster and simpler when working with an individual Contact Record to do it right there. Why does Hubspot make it more difficult and time-consuming to change the Marketing status? I fear the answer may be so that they can charge us more money when we mistakenly go over the limit and don’t have the time/energy to go through all the steps to change the status. Please make it easier by giving us easy button ways to change the status ALSO within the client record itself.
YES! I wish Hubspot would add the feature to change a contact to a marketing contact within the contact record. It would save so much time and be much more user friendly. PLEASE Hubspot consider making this change! It makes way more sense this way!
