When you associate a contact or company to a deal, you have an option to add timeline activity from the contact or company. The default is for the last 30 days of activity to be associated. It would be great if we could update this default. My team wants all data to associate from those objects but they never change that field so would be great if I could update the default for all deals.
Yes, being to adjust the default timeline would be very helpful to be sure appropriate communications are connected to the deal especially if relating to repeat customers that use different services.
This would be very important to us, best would be if it could be differenciated in workflows or for specific types of associations.
This would be a big help for us as well! Settings to have the box checked or not, and to have the timeframe default to what we’d like, would be much appreciated.
