I am currently unable to change or rearrange default call outcomes. As a result, the list of call outcome options is oddly arranged, it’s a slight inconvenience but it becomes irritating over time. I request the ability to edit, delete, and rearrange the default call outcomes. ---

Yes, would be nice to be able to Edit a default Call outcome and just have that status update anywhere the default was used before to be what we want as the new call outcome. For Example we use Connected outcome for when we speak to a Decision Maker and would like to be able to add DM after the Connected so it would read Connected DM. Same with other Default Call Outcomes that are not normally used or that we use but because we use them in a certain way it would make more sense to have them read that way so that it makes more sense to the rep when they use it. ---

Also chiming in here that I am on a brand new portal setup for a client, and would like to edit the list of available options, as the ones provided don’t make complete sense for them. It’s limiting to not be able to do this even when there is no existing data in place that “locks” these values.
