# Change conversation from inbox using workflows

Hi team, I have found that it is difficult to change a conversation from one inbox to another, just a manual process. It would be great to have the option to change the inbox for conversations using a workflow, at least using custom code.

Our support team has the same need, it’s too bad that the inbox property can’t be edited in a workflow.  
We use the same email address, for different purposes, and we wanted to set up different inboxes. Using views wouldn’t be clear enough for them, there would be too many.

Yes, we have the same need. This would save my team hours in their already busy day! This workflow is needed.

Please and thank you! Espcially since the text messages are coming in from the inbox. It’s a lot of responses and right now the only way to help break down the clutter is to assign it to the proper teams.
