Change contact property via email

Hello, all.

I’m new in hubspot and Im wondering if someone can help me.

I’m aiming to update a specific contact property within HubSpot and need an efficient method to gather accurate information from all my contacts. I’m considering sending out an email requesting this information. Would it be possible to include a dropdown menu directly in the email to streamline the collection process and ensure the data is correctly and conveniently updated? If not, is there any other efficient way to do it?

So yes you could technically add a form to an email, however most email clients don’t support forms so your responses would be very limited.

What I would recommend is that either you:

1. Link to a form on a landing page to capture this data

2. Put different links in your email such that after sending you could create a workflow looking for users who click link a/b/c/etc and then your workflow could update their property depending on what they click.
