@AtomicGlue for one, I think it speaks about the diligence of your vendors if they can’t get your address right 
Yes, HubSpot prepopulates this but they should (like any respectable vendor) make sure the information on the quote is right. I’ve created many quotes using and a lot of the times, the address information is not correct.
That being said, I’m not aware of a way to directly influence the info pulled automatically. HubSpot “combines data from public sources, third-party vendors, and from across the Internet to create the most comprehensive, enriched profile for contacts and companies in your account”, that’s as much as is being disclosed: Get started with data enrichment
If I were to guess, creating a free HubSpot account for your company domain and updating the company info gives you the best chance of influencing HubSpot’s sources: Update your account name and company information
