I noticed that the recent update changed the comment color to a pale yellow, which blends in too closely with the white background, making it difficult to read. I would appreciate the option to revert to a brighter color or to select a color that I prefer.

At this time there are no plans to develop this Idea, as we’re prioritizing some other improvements to the new Notes feature—including design updates, better syncing with integration apps like Slack, notification enhancements, and more.
This is not to say that this idea will never be developed, just that there are no plans to do so at this time.
