I wish we could change the naming for ‘Close Date.’ Totally fine to leave the internal ID name as is so that it can function properly in all the ways HubSpot uses Close Date but I wish we could change the user-facing nomenclature. It’s not a term in our industry and it’s always a point of confusion, particularly when we train new team members.
I don’t want to make a custom field because there are so many native reports and such that run off the standard Close Date property, I’d rather keep using it. Just wish there was flexibility to change the user-facing name.
