# Change Chat Size

Hi there,

I was wondering if there’s a way to resize the HubSpot chat function? From what I can see there’s no way for me to shrink or increase the size of the chat widget.

Can be pretty inconvenient if you want to resize the widget to the size of your choosing.

Defintitely a great idea, especially for mobile.. Would give this two thumbs up if I could

Good idea!  
Also need the option to change the size of the chat floating icon + color

It would be helpful for the end users to be able to expand/shrink the size of the chat widget (especially the text box) depending on their screen size.

I’ve seen this come up when balancing the chat widget with different website layouts. Custom sizing would definitely give teams more control over the user experience, especially on responsive designs where screen space can vary significantly.
