Inbound Sales certificate not generated after passing the exam

Hi,
I have completed and passed the Inbound Sales certification exam with a score of 50/60, but I am unable to download the certificate.

The following error appears in the portal:
“Exam passed but award not generated”

I have already tried refreshing the page and logging in again, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me generate the certificate?

Thanks for flagging this. We’ve seen several reports of Academy certificates not loading, and we’re looking into it with the team now. We’ll update this thread as soon as we hear back!
