Certification practicum grading delayed for Integrating With HubSpot I: Foundations

Hello HubSpot Academy team,

I completed and passed the Integrating With HubSpot I: Foundations exam, and I also submitted the practicum: “Integrating With HubSpot I: Foundations Practicum

The status still says:

Submitted — You will receive your grade within seven business days. You can continue the course but you must pass this exercise to be certified.

It has now been 10+ business days, but I have not received my grade, email update, or certificate yet. Could someone please review the status of my practicum and help me understand when the certification will be issued?

Also same issue with my another certification exam for - HubSpot Architecture I: Data Models and APIs. I have completed and passed the HubSpot Architecture I: Data Models and APIs exam and also submitted the Practicum HubSpot Architecture I: Data Models and APIs Practicum
