# Certification Not Updating...

Hello,

I recently re-took my Service Hub Certification exam, and passed. However, my certification still shows the old dates. Likewise, the course says I failed the exam…even though I scored a 59/60. I have the email confirmation to prove I passed. Can I please get this updated?

Thanks for posting here, @JMicucci! I see that you passed the exam, but you still need to complete the following two exercises:  
-Create a customer feedback survey  
-Create a knowledge base article

Thanks Nicole! I didn’t realize I needed to re-do those exercises as well. They have now been completed!
