Certification Not Showing Up On "My Team" List

I completed the Inbound Certification and recieved my certificate, however, when I got the email to review my score, it takes me to my account, I click “My Team”, see my name and it appears as though I have never taken the Inbound exam. Consequently, I cannot view my score. I also have had a very hard time figuring out how to contact Hubspot to fix this issue. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks.

Hi @Syarbr2,
Are you able to go to https://app.hubspot.com/support/[yourid]? They are usually pretty responsive there.

Hi whitneykrape! Thank you for your response. I am able to follow that link, but I’m only able to “search the knowledge base” or ask the community, which led me here. I’m not sure why I can’t just send in an inquiry… It’s been hard for me to figure out how to reach the support team.

Strange, are you on the HubSpot free version? We maintain a couple accounts and it looks like in the free version only Community and Knowledge Base show. (Also do you have multiple accounts on the same email by chance?)

It is the free version. Weird that I can’t get support for issues with the free certifications. If I do have multiple accounts (which is possible), I’m not sure how to access the other account. I have it through work, but I also have my personal email. Everytime I login with my personal email, it seems like I only have the option to login to my work account.

Unfortunately with the free version it looks like you’d have to wait and see if an admin chimes in here. In the meantime checking all the accounts to see if it got applied to one another email somehow is the main troubleshooting action to try. If it is on another email it might be recoverable.

Ha! I got the certification on my work email, not my personal email :slightly_smiling_face: Thank you so much!

Awesome! Happy to help. A little new to the free version myself so happy to dig in and learn with.
