Thank you for reaching out with your thoughtful question. We apologize for the slight confusion here. The “they” you’re seeing on the certification is the general, inclusive term used for everyone taking the cert because the system can not differentiate or indicate the pronouns of the user taking it.
We sincerely appreciate the feedback on this. If you would like to see this as a future change on our end, I would highly recommend posting this in our ideas forum. I will also be bringing this to my teams attention as well.
