# Certificate Name Update

Hello, I recently passed the HubSpot Social Media Certification. My certificate shows “Maitri n/a” instead of my full name. I updated my profile with my correct last name, but the certificate hasn’t changed. Is it possible to regenerate the certificate with my correct name?

Check your HubSpot Academy profile settings first:

1. Go to **HubSpot Academy**
2. Click your profile picture → **Account Settings**
3. Confirm your **first name and last name** are correct
4. If it is correct but the certificate still shows the old name, contact HubSpot Academy Support and request a certificate reissue.
