# Certificate name correction and access issue

Hello,

I passed the **Social Media Marketing Certification Course** exam, but I noticed that my name on the certificate was incorrect.

It appeared as: **Qafar Məhərrəmov**  
It should be: **Gafar Maharramov**

I updated my full name in my HubSpot profile, but now I cannot access or download my certificate. The page only says “Refresh the page,” but refreshing does not solve the issue. I also cannot retake the exam.

Could you please help update my certificate with the correct name and restore access to it?
