Hi Team

Is there a way for a Hubspot User to send appointment confirmations from the meeting scheduler on a case by case basis? I.e. They are scheduling jobs to quote and often move times around, but don’t want the external participant to receive notifications every time there is a change, they only want a notification once a final timeslot has been found.

Hi @MEngelmann,

There is on dedicated feature in HubSpot for this, no. However, most calendar tools (Google Calendar, Office 365) let you decide whether the recipient should get a notification when a calendar invite date/time is updated or not. If you find that you move dates around a lot, I would leverage your calendar tool here. First name the meeting so that it’s clear that it’s a blocked time, don’t send any notifications, only when the final date is set, remove the note about it being a blocker and send the final notification.

Having worked with different industries over the past decade, it seems to be an industry standard to me to handle it like that.
